Description
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting SAFU Head and PPP Manager in day-to-day tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, handling emails, and correspondence, drafting and editing documents, letters, and emails as and when required. The incumbent has to generate reports and visualisations to communicate findings effectively.

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be responsible for assisting SAFU Head and PPP Manager in day-to-day tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, handling emails, and correspondence, drafting and editing documents, letters, and emails as and when required. The incumbent has to generate reports and visualisations to communicate findings effectively.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Assist SAFU Head and PPP Manager in day-to-day tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Communication: Handle emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Draft and edit documents, letters, and emails as required.
- MS Office Proficiency: Utilize advanced features of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create, edit, and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Communicate with various divisions and districts for the desired data
- Monitor an and collate the data in a report form
- DOEACC NIELIT Certificate: Apply knowledge gained from the DOEACC NIELIT certificate to enhance computer proficiency and contribute to the effective use of technology in the office.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of datasets
- Generate reports and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for various projects
Desirable Qualification & Experience
- DOEACC NIELIT certificate /PG Diploma in Data Analytics with at least 3 years of work experience
- Preferable experience of working in both private corporate sector and public sector .
Essential Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Typing speed of 30-40 words per minute in both English and Hindi
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in relevant data analysis tools
- Presentation skills: Clearly convey findings through reports and presentations.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams.
