Digital technology lies at the heart of our theory of change. At DBC, we develop specialized Tech Products to improve digital capabilities of individuals and systems and to improve data quality. Through these programs, we have leveraged Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) / Digital Public Goods (DPG) which promotes our core belief in data democracy, digital inclusion and empowerment of citizens.

Our tech products cover all major touchpoints of public systems – omni-channel capacity building (Diksha), tracking the interactions and impact of beneficiary activities (Frappe), monitoring progress via data dashboards (Dhis2), grievance redressal mechanism (DIGIT), and our flagship platforms like AMRIT.

Currently, we are committed to building digital solutions to strengthen public health systems. Products such as AMRIT based on Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software are being utilized in our Mobile Medical Units and Health helplines across India.
