Description
Seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation learning and development framework. Responsibilities include designing both asynchronous and synchronous programs, collaborating with subject matter experts, and mentoring program leaders to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
Centre for Digital Transformation anchors Digital Transformation L&D on 4 core capabilities: Process re-engineering, Technology, Organizational Change Management and Data. We partner, internally and within ecosystem to design and deliver learning experiences for Foundation employees and government stakeholders.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Design and implement digital transformation L&D framework, curriculum, learning strategies, programs (asynchronous and synchronous)
- Assess development needs, design learner personas, learning journeys
- Implement L&D programs, facilitate workshops, and track learning effectiveness
- Collaborate with SMEs (internal and partners) for design and implementation
- Induct and coach program leaders for enabling deliverables
Desirable Experience
- Minimum 5-year proven experience in digital L&D space
- Instructional design, familiarity with adult learning principles
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms
- Exposer to Digital Health L&D is a plus
Desirable Qualification
- Bachelor’s Psychology, Computer Science, Masters in EduTech
- Professional certification is a plus

- Strong coaching, consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in highly matrixed environment
- Growth mindset, natural collaborator
- Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial skills and ability to work in ambiguous and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Strong problem-solving skills, and experience of design thinking approach
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills, e-Learning platforms, familiarity with tech tools for L&D
Travel: 12-15 days in a month
