This role entails balancing stakeholder needs, assessing business operations, coordinating system design, and documenting requirements for feasible solutions.
This Project is to develop and support the open-source digital solution COMPASS in adherence to the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MiETY) policies, particularly the AGILE framework.
The specific focus is on creating the Bihar Nursing Registration Council technology platform, designed to function as a regulatory hub for both institutions and individuals.
The team engaged will be responsible for Technology Platform Development, including twelve months of warranty support. This support encompasses training and handover to the maintenance team after the application’s operation and support go live. It’s important to note that Cloud/Infrastructure management is excluded from the scope of this engagement. This comprehensive strategy aims to create a robust and sustainable digital solution in line with MiETY policies and the specific requirements of the Bihar Nursing Registration Council.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
1. Evaluates and balances needs of various stakeholders
2. Domain decomposition – Applying domain expertise in evaluating business operations and processes
3. Identify relevant platform modules to be modified/configured to create a solution
4. Coordinate System Design with Solution Architect.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system constraints and propose feasible solutions.
6. Document the requirements through user stories, use cases, storyboards, wireframes, and other representations.
