Description
The Product Coordinator facilitates communication and collaboration between product strategy and district hospital operations, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement for enhanced healthcare delivery.

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.
This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
The Product Coordinator serves as a vital bridge between product strategy development and operational teams across various initiatives at the district hospital level. Their primary focus is to ensure seamless communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the success of these initiatives and better healthcare delivery.
- Mapping Initiatives and Operation Teams: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational teams within each District Hospital Initiative
- Developing Communication Channels: Establish clear communication channels for information exchange between product teams and operation teams, including regular meetings, reporting processes, and feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Onboarding: Conduct joint training sessions for product teams and operation teams to ensure understanding of specific initiative goals, functionalities, and best practices.
- Operational Needs Assessment: Regularly gather feedback and input from operation teams on system usability, challenges, and potential improvements.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation: Facilitate timely resolution of operational issues by coordinating with developers and providing clear communication to operation teams.
- Data Monitoring and Reporting: Analyze usage data and operation team feedback to identify areas for system optimization and report key findings to product teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with product teams and operation teams to implement enhancements and address identified issues based on operational data and feedback.
- Knowledge Sharing and Best Practices: Facilitate knowledge sharing between operation teams across different initiatives to foster collaboration and optimize workflows.
- Change Management and User Adoption: Support change management initiatives within operation teams to ensure smooth adoption of new features and system updates.
- Documenting requirements, specifications, decisions and updating documentation to reflect system enhancements and changes.
Desirable Qualification & Experience
- Bachelors Degree
- 1-2 years of experience with proven abilities in communication, project management, and user research.
