Description

Enhancing the execution and change management of digital transformation and governance initiatives across 38 districts is crucial for achieving comprehensive primary health outcomes. This involves empowering district teams through strategic partnerships and collaborations with district/block officials and technical partners. Key focus areas encompass fortifying Project Management Units (PMUs) at the state, district, and block levels, providing Supportive Supervision for facilities, and strengthening the digital landscape.

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

 

Enhancing the execution and change management of digital transformation and governance initiatives across 38 districts is crucial for achieving comprehensive primary health outcomes. This involves empowering district teams through strategic partnerships and collaborations with district/block officials and technical partners. Key focus areas encompass fortifying Project Management Units (PMUs) at the state, district, and block levels, providing Supportive Supervision for facilities, and strengthening the digital landscape.

 

  • Engage actively in internal and external governance reviews, effectively communicating and representing project progress status.
  • Lead the deployment and change management of technology and governance interventions, emphasizing capacity building and adoption.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Government Officials and partner organizations.
  • Handle documentation, data management, and reporting responsibilities to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate with CoE/Tech/CCC teams to contribute to the centralized dashboard, district rankings, and facility scorecard.
  • Design and facilitate workshops to enhance the capacity of the internal team and Gandhi Fellows in Change Management.
  • Prioritize and oversee the learning and development initiatives for Gandhi Fellows to foster continuous improvement.
  • Be willing to take on new/additional responsibilities as assigned

Experience required:

  • 4 – 8 years of experience in program management, government stakeholders and partners management preferably in social sector, including 2-3 years in Public Health and team management experience at district level.
  • Prior experience of digital adoption and data management in social or corporate sector will be given preference.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Master of Arts (M.A.) in Development Studies

  • Program execution planning, Facilitation Skills, Interpersonal skills, Ability to establish rapport and empathy with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work/collaborate with cross functional team & in an ambiguous context.
  • Having understanding of digital use cases and Proficiency in written and oral communication skills in Hindi and English
