Description

Enhancing the execution and change management of digital transformation and governance initiatives across 38 districts is crucial for achieving comprehensive primary health outcomes. This involves empowering district teams through strategic partnerships and collaborations with district/block officials and technical partners. Key focus areas encompass fortifying Project Management Units (PMUs) at the state, district, and block levels, providing Supportive Supervision for facilities, and strengthening the digital landscape.

Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

 

Enhancing the execution and change management of digital transformation and governance initiatives across 38 districts is crucial for achieving comprehensive primary health outcomes. This involves empowering district teams through strategic partnerships and collaborations with district/block officials and technical partners. Key focus areas encompass fortifying Project Management Units (PMUs) at the state, district, and block levels, providing Supportive Supervision for facilities, and strengthening the digital landscape.

 

  • Participate and represent project progress status in various internal and external governance reviews
  • To deploy and change manage technology and governance interventions and ensure capacity building and adoption
  • Stakeholder management – Government Officials & partner organizations.
  • Documentation, data management and reporting
  • Support CoE/Tech/CCC teams on the centralized dashboard, district rankings and facility scorecard
  • Design and facilitate workplans for cap. building of internal team/Gandhi Fellows
  • Be willing to take on new/additional responsibilities as assigned

Experience required:

  • 2-8 years of experience in program and data management, with a preference for the social sector, including 2-3 years specifically in Public Health

 

Essential Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Application

Essential Skills:

  • Expertise in program execution planning, adept facilitation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capacity to establish rapport and empathy with stakeholders.
  • Essential proficiency in both written and oral communication in Hindi and English and proficiency in data management in excel
