Update monthly received stock quantities in Application, Stock register and watch register.

Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Dispensing the medicines to the patients prescribed by the Medical Officer
  • Checking of Expiry of Drugs before dispensing.
  • Enters the drug dispensing data into Application through Laptop/desktop.
  • Ensures the adequate availability of medicines by proactively raising the stock requirements.
  • Maintain Beneficiary Drug Issue Register, Stock registers & Expiry Watch
  • Checks expiry of medicines and physical stock
  • Conduct monthly physical stock counting and prepare stock statement along with 2 months required
  • Update monthly received stock quantities in Application, Stock register and watch
  • Intimation to Service point in charge and stake holder regarding camp schedule

 

Experience required

  • Pharma/D. Pharma with 1+ years of experience
  • Local candidates will be given preferences.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Time Management
  • Sound knowledge on Clinical Part.
  • Knowledge of running Mobile Medical Unit (MMU’s) would be an addition
