Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

 

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • To Carry the OP Cards/CD Cards wherein 6 visit detail of the concerned beneficiary is not
  • To ensure the availability of the following at the Service Points
  • Laptop, Webcam, Biometric Thumb Scanner, OP Card (Fresh & Revisit), CD Card, ID Card, Height Chart, Vision Chart, Weight Machine – Adult, Weight Machine – Baby
  • Any other item specified by Reporting Manager
  • Stake Holder’s Attendance Register Maintenance at Service Point
  • Beneficiary Registration both System & manual
  • In case of Manual registration at service point happening out of any technical issue, R&MO to pass the entries in the R&MO application the same day after arriving at the Area Office
  • Responsible to coordinate beneficiary information from all counters in Application
  • OP Card/CD Card Filling (Relevant Section Only)
  • To arrange or organize his counter as per the process
  • To ensure that all related Assets are in good and working co

 

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or

 

Experience required:

  • 0-1 Years of Experience
  • Local candidates will be given preference.
