Receiving inbound calls for the Sarathi 104 Health Information Helpline.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

 

  • Receiving inbound calls for the Sarathi 104 Health Information
  • Understanding Beneficiary Requirements and adhering to operational protocols with 100% accuracy. Assessing the clinical condition of the customer.
  • Adherence to Attendance & Punctuality

Qualifications:

  • ANM

 

Experience required:

  • 0-1 Years of Experience
  • Local candidates will be given
