This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Receiving Calls and answering them as per defined
  • Maintaining and following all the quality
  • Flexible to work in all the shifts
  • Advice given to callers should be only based on the information given in the application following the protocol of algorithms and disease summary
  • All emergency calls will have to be transferred to medical
  • Adherence to all company policy and procedures

Qualifications:

  • B Pharma/D Pharma/BSC Nursing/GNM

 

Experience required:

  • 0-1 Years of Experience
  • Local candidates will be given preference.
