Mobile Health Services is a platform which can deliver multiple healthcare services to un-served & underserved populations. Mobile Health Services delivered through Mobile Medical Units (MMUs) is a flexible platform that can deliver and track multiple services and be customized to suit local needs and constraints.
Staffed with qualified medical personnel, the mobile medical unit delivers healthcare services directly to the doorsteps of underserved rural and urban populations, thereby ensuring that healthcare is accessible, affordable, and available. Through the implementation of a technology-enabled, comprehensive Community Outreach Program that operates once a month, the mobile medical unit offers a wide range of services, from treating minor ailments to addressing non-communicable diseases, including cancer screening and comprehensive RMNCH+A services. High-risk cases are referred to the nearest higher-level public health facility for further care.

The Health Information Helpline (HIHL) offers round-the-clock (24/7, 365 days a year) health advice to remote and vulnerable communities. Its primary goal is to alleviate the burden of minor ailments on the public health system by providing virtual medical information and advice. Our flagship 104 helpline is a telephone-based, non-emergency service that offers both inbound and outbound guidance on any health issue, utilizing algorithms and disease summaries for common illnesses. This service is available in local languages to cater to both rural and urban populations. The 1097 helpline is a dedicated service for HIV and AIDS-related information, operating in 16 different languages across India.
Staffed by Health Advisory Officers, Medical Officers, Medical Specialists, and Counseling Officers, the helplines deliver healthcare services directly to beneficiaries through toll-free numbers, providing health information in local languages, Hindi, and English.
The HIHL also supports various programs, such as real-time grievance redressal related to healthcare service delivery, complaint registration regarding deficiencies or negligence in government healthcare institutions, and tracking of mother and child health through outbound reminder calls for ANC or PNC services at the nearest health facility. Additionally, early childhood development can be monitored by raising awareness and tracking the growth of children aged 0-3 yrs.
